The Weaving unit consists of the latest Picanol OmniPlus-I-2-P-220 and Tsudakoma Zax 9200 Professional Air jet Looms providing the best Quality and flexibility in production from 4 Oz to 14.5 Oz weight fabrics. All the machines are equiped with Weave Navigation System and PSS (Programmable Start System) to minimize stop mark and other weaving faults. The Weaving section is backed with state of the art Centriugal Air Compressor from Atlas Copco USA to feed uninterrupted and even air pressure for flawless working of looms. In house chillers have been set to maintain suitable temperatures in the weaving departments 24/7.
